At Ark of Light, every candle is hand-poured, cured, and packaged with great care—crafted specifically for you upon order. Because of this made-to-order nature, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
That said, your experience matters deeply to us. If your candle arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to make it right.
If your item arrives damaged:
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. To ensure a smooth replacement process, include the following in your email:
