Thank you for choosing Ark of Light Candle Co. Each of our candles is hand-poured with care and intention. We’re committed to delivering a premium experience from our studio to your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods or product launches, please allow an extra 1–2 business days for order processing.
Note: Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 (before tax and after discounts).

A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Packaging
Each candle is carefully packaged in protective, eco-conscious materials to ensure it arrives in quintessential condition. Our unboxing experience reflects the luxury and care behind every Ark of Light Candle Co. product.
Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working toward expanding globally in the near future.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Ark of Light Candle Co. is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. For damaged products, please contact us at support@arkoflightcandleco.com within 5 days of delivery, including photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update.
